After spending his youth in Brussels/Belgium Otto Dibelius studied law at Kiel University and absolved successfully 1. and 2. state examinations of law at German federal states Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. He has profound professional experiences not only as working as lawyer,  but also as CEO of a stock exchange listed investment company managed by him for many years prosperously. Latter experience has given him  broad professional knowledges in the fields of financing, capital markets and real estate business.

As passionate sailor and diver he specially loves the sea and the maritime wildlife. He is committed to give input to the European Wilderness Society mainly in matters of law and finance. He is convinced that protecting wilderness in Europe needs an international approach as wildlife does not know national borders.

Otto Dibelius is living in Rostock (Germany) and Riga (Latvia).
