Final call for Klagenfurt Master of Protected Areas Course

The deadline for submitting applications for the next installment of the international Masters degree programme “Management of Protected Areas” at the Alpen-Adria-Universität ends on June 30.

“Yes, applications are coming in all the time”, says Dr. Michael Jungmeier, director of the Masters degree programme “Management of Protected Areas” at the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt. “We have interesting, highly attractive applicants from all over the world, but there are still places to be filled.” Jungmeier ist particularly keen to address newcomers from other career paths, graduates looking for additional qualifications and people who are already volunteering for nature preservation and environmental projects. “National parks, biosphere parks and world heritage sites are wonderful places of employment, all of them located in the world’s most beautiful scenic spots.”

The application procedure is straightforward as all the necessary documents are compiled in the application package available on the homepage of the programme (www.mpa.uni-klu.ac.at).
