50 Experts discussing Wilderness Challenges in Europe

Almost 50 Wilderness Advocates, Researchers, Protected Area Managers and Wilderness Experts from Lithuania, Turkey, USA, Ukraine, Italy, Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Austria, Germany and many other countries enjoyed the first two days of high level inspiring presentations focusing on the Spiritual Values of Wilderness, the challenges posed by the steady increase in tourism and the adverse effects of climate change. But also such difficult contentious issues as the effect of large carnivores on the wildlife population were discussed. All presentations and abstracts will be online during the next few days.
